Looking for His mercy (CE51)

   Preparing for the Coming WW3

Jude 1:20-21 But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.
We need God's mercy all the time because we always fall short of His expectations and contradict His words with our worldly and demonic wisdom. If anyone thinks he will not sin then he is deceiving himself.
Jam 4:17 Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.

Jam 2:13 For judgment is without mercy to the one who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.
The word of God is clear that unless we are merciful to our brethren and fellow mankind, we will not be able to receive mercy from Him.
Mat 5:7 "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy."

Mercy better than Sacrifice
Mat 12:7 "But if you had known what this means, 'I desire mercy and not sacrifice,' you would not have condemned the guiltless."
God is seated on the Mercy Seat on the Ark of the Covenant when pronouncing judgment. He will always have mercy in mind for those who have been merciful. Brethren, ensure that we are always merciful in all our ways.

All Christians must be merciful
Col 3:12 Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, put on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, longsuffering; bearing with one another, and forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do. But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
A born again Christian is always merciful, gentle, forgiving and love for one another.
1Pet 1:22-23 Since you have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit in sincere love of the brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart, having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever,

Christians with godly Wisdom
Jam 3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
Worldly wisdom, knowledge, intelligence, etc. can give many much success, power, satisfaction, happiness, etc. But unless we find mercy, gentleness and good fruits, these successful brethren and pastors (powerful or rich or anointed or respected), are still very much in the flesh and may not be born again.

His mercy of Salvation
Titus 3:4-6 But when the kindness and the love of God our Savior toward man appeared, not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior;
He gave us the Spirit of truth to transform us into His image by the regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit.

Brethren, This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life. Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen. 1Tim 1:15-17
